If you just wish to reschedule your booking please note you can manage this in your Members Area within the website. Just log in to gain access. This allows you to reschedule your booking for a time that is more suited to you. This needs to be done BEFORE 3 days of the original booking. We operate a cancellation policy due to the significant impact of costs of opening for each session specifically and we fully appreciate the efforts that our customers make to help us in our management of this.
