Service Description
Come along to the Dixie Dot Craft studio for your one-to-one pet appointment with our specialists. You can choose pottery prints of clay prints. The booking fee is taken off the cost of whatever you choose, it's not an additional fee. Please note - if your pet is nervous please do not book in when they studio is likely to be busy. Contact us to ask advice for the best session to book. ** Please DO NOT bring dogs that do not like their paws being touched, don't like strangers, or have poorly paws - we see so many of these and it really is unfair to them and us! We reserve the right to halt an appointment if we believe that your dog is unhappy or distressed. You will be offered an alternative appointment to be rebooked or if the appointment is not proceedable no further amount is due and we retain your booking fee. The safety of both your pet and our staff is our utmost priority at all times. Thanks for your understanding
Cancellation Policy
If you just wish to reschedule your booking please note you can manage this in your Members Area within the website. Just log in to gain access. This allows you to reschedule your booking for a time that is more suited to you. This needs to be done BEFORE 3 days of the original booking. We operate a cancellation policy due to the significant impact of costs of opening for each session specifically and we fully appreciate the efforts that our customers make to help us in our management of this.
