• Systems & Operations: We spent years developing our ultimate Studio Operations Manual. It documents every single thing we do so we can constantly learn, refine, and improve. Right down to how we make a cup of tea and sweep the floor!

• Sales & Finance: We work hard on our numbers for one big reason—so we can keep our crafts highly affordable and packed with value for our community.

• Customer Service: Ensuring our team is fully equipped to make every single visitor feel as special as they really are from the moment they step in the doors.
